- With the improving economy, more business owners and developers are expanding or building new. WDG Architects has developed long-standing relationships that have provided us with many repeat clients and referrals. Building 5 is a 24,000 s.f. shell designed to suggest an upscale commercial center evoking the lively, historical culture of southern New Mexico. Many of the commercial buildings we design start as shell structures, and then we are usually hired to complete the designs for tenant improvements in the same buildings. Building 5 tenants started with Aaron’s Appliances, then added Regional Finance, State Farm Insurance, and recently KidsKare P.C. Family Dentistry. New Open Space Retail center that will accommodate retail spaces.
