Alamogordo Housing Authority - Concrete & Asphalt

Alamogordo Housing Authority - Vinyl Privacy Fencing
- The work will consist of installing vinyl fencing to create 70 (seventy) individual yards in the Alta Vista Housing Complex within the city limits of Alamogordo, New Mexico. Finished this project 45 days ahead of schedule.

Alamogordo Housing Authority Renovations
- The scope of work included interior and exterior remodel of approximately 150 housing units. Project elements of work included: xeriscaped central areas with drip irrigation extensions; concrete basketball courts in common areas; masonry area entrance walls and steel decorative fence panels; twenty-year shingle roofs with drip-edge soffit and fascia; blown-in insulated exterior walls; interior drywall patching and painting; vinyl floor tile and base; pedestal sinks with heavy duty wall anchors and water closets; evaporative cooler stands; secondary electrical service upgrade; new underground transformers; and, light poles with lights. Other work involved the construction of a wood framed and masonry addition to the maintenance building and installation of a roll-up door. Additionally, a storefront entry-way was added to the existing administrative office building complete with ADA-compliant automatic door operator. White Sands performed approximately 50% of the work with in-house crews.
