Roswell Boys and Girls Club Improvements
- White Sands Construction was contracted by City of Roswell to construct improvements to the Roswell Boys and Girls Club located at 20 I S Garden, Roswell, NM. Improvements consist of: metal gym roof replacement and gym roof structural reinforcement for HVAC; gym insulation replacement; gym foundation stabilization; upgrade total building lighting; upgrade various electrical items to code; interior ceiling repairs; repair flooring and polish concrete; asbestos abatement; patch, repair, and paint walls; gym floor consisting of Dynaforce synthetic flooring; remove and replace sidewalk with ADA ramps; resurface parking lot and related improvements.
